• What makes IDES hats different?
  We don’t just make hats—we engineer performance gear. Breathable mesh, EVA brim that floats, reflective patches for night runs, and every style tested by real runners in real conditions.

• Are they one-size-fits-all?
  Almost. It’s actually one size fits most. If you’ve got a bigger head, no worries. Our hats comfortably fit up to 62 cm. Each one comes with an adjustable strap system that locks in a secure fit, whether you’re running a quick 5K or grinding through a marathon. If you’re unsure, just measure your head and you’ll know it’ll fit.

• Can they handle sweat, long runs, and washes?
  Absolutely. IDES hats are built tough for sweat, long runs, and wash after wash. For extra protection, you can purchase a reusable mesh laundry pouch so your hat stays race-ready for the long haul. Performance and durability are non-negotiable.

• Do you ship nationwide?
  Yes! For Metro Manila, orders usually arrive in 1–2 days via J&T or LBC. Provincial deliveries take around 5–7 days. Need it faster? Send us a DM on Instagram and we can arrange express delivery.

• What’s your return/exchange policy?
  Damaged or defective item? We’ll replace it, free of charge.
  Need an exchange for size/fit? Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  For change-of-mind orders, we don’t accept returns.
